Refund Overview

At LinkShield, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer refunds under the following conditions and timeframes.

💡 All refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days through our payment processor, Paddle.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refund for unused portion if cancelled mid-cycle
  • Unused credits remain in your account after refund

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refund based on unused months
  • Minimum 3-month usage required for pro-rated refunds

Credit System & Refunds

How Credits Work with Refunds

  • Credits roll over month-to-month and never expire
  • Used credits are not refundable, but unused credits remain in your account
  • After a refund, your account reverts to the Free plan with existing credits intact
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain premium features

Refund Exceptions

Refunds May Be Denied For:

  • ×Violation of our Terms of Service
  • ×Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
  • ×Requests made after the applicable refund period
  • ×Excessive usage that violates fair use policies

Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in their agreement. Please contact your account manager or our enterprise support team for assistance.
